These terms describe billing for AutoHound BSMS subscriptions. The AutoHound EULA separately governs use of the software.
Plans and pricing
AutoHound BSMS Pro is $399 per month per location for up to 5 users. AutoHound BSMS Pro Unlimited is $599 per month per location with unlimited users. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
30-day free trial
A payment method is required, and you pay $0 when the trial begins. Stripe displays the exact date your paid subscription will begin before you confirm checkout. Cancel before that date to avoid the first subscription charge.
Billing periods and automatic renewal
Choose monthly billing or save 20% with annual billing. Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions are billed in advance and renew each year. Both continue automatically until canceled. The subscription price and applicable taxes are charged to the payment method on file at the beginning of each paid billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by contacting AutoHound at contactus@autohound.io or (888) 477-0652. Cancel before the billing date shown for your trial to avoid the first charge. For a paid subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly or annual billing period, and access continues through that date.
Refunds and proration
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable, and unused time is not prorated, except where required by law.
Your data after cancellation
Shop owners can export their organization’s available records while the account is active. Export the records you need before access ends. After the account is closed, shop data is removed from active systems, subject to applicable legal obligations. Copies remaining in backups are deleted as those backups expire under our retention schedule. See Security & Data Protection for more information.
Setup and custom data imports
AutoHound does not charge setup fees. If you request a custom historical-data import or migration, AutoHound will define the scope and provide a separate price for your approval before that work begins.
