The AutoHound demo is a free, temporary sandbox. It is loaded with fictional sample data so you can try the product with realistic work already in flight. Your demo shop and everything in it is deleted automatically after seven days.
The demo is not a production system. It carries no service level commitment, no uptime guarantee, no backup, and no warranty of any kind. Do not rely on it for real work.
What you agree not to do
By creating a demo shop you agree that you will not:
- Enter, upload, or transmit content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Enter content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or that demeans a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age.
- Name your demo shop, or any record in it, in a way designed to impersonate AutoHound, another business, or another person, or to make abusive or offensive text appear to be published by AutoHound.
- Use the demo to send messages to anyone who has not asked to hear from you. This includes inviting people to your demo shop and submitting other people's contact details through any form in it.
- Upload malicious software, or any file whose purpose is to damage, probe, or gain unauthorized access to a system.
- Enter real personal information about your customers or employees. The demo is for sample data only. Real customer records belong in a real account, under a signed agreement.
- Use the demo to store or distribute files unrelated to evaluating AutoHound.
- Attempt to circumvent the demo's limits, including its expiry, its capacity controls, its rate limits, or its automated checks, or create demo shops in bulk or by automated means.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the demo, or of any AutoHound system, without our prior written permission.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the demo as a service to anyone else.
What we may do
We may suspend or delete any demo shop at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a good faith belief that this policy has been broken. We may decline to provide a demo to anyone.
We may review content entered into a demo shop to enforce this policy, to keep the service running, or to meet a legal obligation.
Where the law requires us to report content to an authority, we will, and we will preserve the associated records for as long as that obligation requires.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a demo shop is being used in a way this policy forbids, or you have received a message from AutoHound you did not ask for, contact [email protected]. Please include the address the message arrived at and, where you have it, the shop name shown in the message.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version published at the time you create a demo shop is the one that applies to it.
