Benchmarks and action plans

Compare fairly. Turn gaps into action

AutoHound uses rates and per-repair measures so larger shops do not look worse simply because they handle more work. New locations remain marked as ramping until the sample supports a fair comparison.

MSO questions

How Group HQ works

Does Group HQ merge the shops' data?

No. Group HQ gives authorized leaders a consolidated view while each shop's records remain isolated. Search results, reports, alerts, and drilldowns stay qualified by location.

How does AutoHound keep shop comparisons fair?

Benchmarks use rates and per-repair figures so shop size does not distort the comparison. Locations with limited history are labeled as ramping and are not ranked against established shops until there is enough data.

Can employees work at more than one location?

Yes. Floating staff can be granted access to specific shops under the role selected for each location. Role controls remain enforced everywhere, including money-blind access for technicians.
