CAREERS AT AUTOHOUND

Build software that earns its place in the shop

AutoHound builds collision shop management software around the people who book, repair, deliver, and get paid for the work. Join a team that stays close to customers, owns the outcome, and makes complicated work easier.

HOW WE WORK

Stay close to the shop

The best product decisions start with the people doing the work. What we learn shapes design, code, onboarding, and support.

01

Listen before building

Understand the pressure behind a problem before deciding how to solve it.

02

Own the whole result

Stay involved from the first question through the customer outcome.

03

Make complexity feel simple

Collision repair has enough moving parts. Our software should make the work clearer.

04

Earn trust every month

Reliable features, responsive support, and respect for customer data all matter.
