Heavy-duty collision repair
Plan space for larger units, document trucks and trailers, and keep related repairs connected from check-in through delivery.
Heavy Duty mode is included at the same price and enabled by AutoHound.
A workflow that fits the floor
Add heavy-duty stages and labor types alongside your existing setup. Schedule against both available hours and large-unit capacity.
Large-unit booking
Flag repairs that need a large-unit place. The fit check considers available hours and space, and the unit holds its place through the promised delivery date.
Set the number of large-unit places in your shop settings.
Stages for the work you do

Seven additional damage outlines
Text a guided photo walkaround for vehicle views, VIN, odometer, unit number, damage close-ups, and a signature.
Multi-unit incidents
Group the tractor, trailer, and other units from the same loss. Each repair keeps its own vehicle, estimate, payer, and invoice.

Your team decides what belongsMatching claim numbers can prompt a suggestion. Nothing is grouped automatically.
Keep the whole repair connected
The job stays connected to the parts, account requirements, and payment records behind it.
The receiving history records the shelf entered when a delivery arrived, even if the part's current bin changes later.
Use numbered draws on company customer-pay repairs, capped at the approved estimate. Collect online when enabled, or record a check against the draw at the counter.
Carry customer purchase orders, net terms, and open-items statements alongside the repair. Fleet contacts can follow their units in a verified portal.
