Carry materials into the books

Materials invoicing is off by default. When enabled, a sent materials invoice posts on the job's QuickBooks invoice as two lines: materials and sales tax. If it changes after posting, the next sync identifies what the bookkeeper must correct; it does not automatically update the posted invoice.

No double posting

Each sync remembers what already posted. Review the last-run summary and resolve any items needing attention.
