Scheduling and technician planning
Plan the work ahead
Book drop-offs against capacity, plan repair work by trade and technician, and keep shop events and time off on one shared schedule.
Drop-offs
Book against capacity
Set bookable hours for each weekday and compare them with the work already booked. Drag a repair onto a day, move it, or return it to the unscheduled list.
- See whether a day has room, is tight, or has no room while you drag.
- Review readiness, the earliest day with room, and the hours behind each booking.
- Adjust for time off, holidays, or a booth being down. Closed days stay out of public booking.
People and trades
Plan by trade and person
Turn on technician planning to allocate estimate hours by trade against each person's working hours and time off. Review up to six weeks, place unassigned work, and split a trade between people when needed.
- Required-attendee calendar events reduce the hours available to plan.
- Drop-off capacity can follow your team's working hours.
- Planning is separate from job timers and does not calculate payroll.
Needs attention
See promise risk early
Find repairs that cannot be planned yet or are expected to finish after their promised date. See whether work, parts, time off, or a vehicle being off-site is behind the risk.
Start with the reason the repair needs attention.
When a useful move is available, see how it brings one repair forward without making another late.

Shop calendar
Keep events in view
Plan adjuster visits, reinspections, training, meetings, and equipment upkeep in Week, Month, or List view. Link events to repairs, name who is needed, repeat them, and set reminders.
- Overlay drop-offs, promised deliveries, and loaner returns.
- Keep time off and closed days beside the work they affect.
- Technicians have read-only calendar and drop-off views, without hours or money.
