Choose AutoHound for a collision workflow your whole team can use, from supported estimate imports through production and collection. Every product feature and unlimited users are included in one per-location plan. RepairCenter is also collision management, offered through packages and modules. AutoHound makes the buying decision simple and the repair record shared.
Choose the management workflow
Mitchell RepairCenter is collision-management software. It is different from Mitchell Cloud Estimating and from Mitchell 1 Manager SE. RepairCenter documents estimate conversion, production, parts, payments, and accounting interfaces.
You can keep your supported Mitchell estimating system and choose AutoHound for the work around it. Your estimator keeps writing while the team shares the repair's approval history, parts status, assignments, conversations, and balances.
Include the whole shop
AutoHound makes the subscription decision straightforward: one publicly priced shop plan includes every product feature and unlimited users. RepairCenter documents packages and individual modules. In AutoHound, role permissions decide who sees the information, without requiring a separate feature tier.
- Every product feature included. The shop subscription has no feature tiers to unlock.
- Unlimited users. Give each staff member their own access without adding a per-user AutoHound charge.
- Month-to-month. No long-term software contract. Stay because AutoHound works for your shop.
- Your shop data stays yours. We never sell your shop data or share it for third-party advertising. Use the built-in export tools while your account is active. Read our data commitments.
- Public pricing. No sales call required. The shop plan is $599 per location per month. Read the price and start a private demo on your own schedule. Prefer a conversation or guided walkthrough? We are always happy to talk with shops.
No setup fee, with four onboarding consultation hours included. Your estimating subscription remains separate, and a requested custom historical migration is scoped and quoted separately.
Keep each version on the repair
AutoHound's Windows connector picks up supported CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, and AdjustRite files. Earlier versions and source files remain with the RO, with uncertain matches held for review.
RepairCenter also supports major estimating systems. AutoHound's case is what the rest of the team can do with the connected record: follow a partial approval, find the missing part, see the blocker, and keep the next action with the job.
Give each handoff a record
Illustrative workflow with sample shop data, not customer results.
The sample parts view below shows why a single “parts ordered” status is not enough. RO-1021 has a received hood panel, an ordered headlamp, and a backordered grille sensor bracket. The parts person needs the line-level detail; production needs to know what can move.
AutoHound keeps that work attached to the repair. The estimator retains the approved scope, the parts desk follows receiving and credits, the technician opens assigned work, and the advisor has the context for an update. Each person has a task, with the same job behind it.

Follow materials through collection
Optional Materials connects estimate-based kits, logged usage, allowance-aware invoices, and insurer follow-up. The office can send a materials invoice from the job and track the answer. Assigned technicians log extras without seeing costs or prices.
Once sent, it is money owed, not money already collected. Keep that distinction visible with the separate customer and insurer responsibilities on the repair.
Carry the record into accounting
Sync customers, invoices, and recorded payments to QuickBooks Online, manually or on a schedule. Repeated runs remember what posted. Changes to a posted materials invoice are identified for the bookkeeper to correct.
Optional Shift Time provides a separate review-and-approval process for staff hours, with exports to QBO or CSV. Job timers stay separate from shift records and payroll stays with your provider.
Start with a workable plan
Start with the estimating tools and connections the shop needs to retain, then set up the roles and active work for the team.
- Keep the right connections. Confirm your supported estimator, QBO setup, and any required interfaces.
- Prepare active work. Identify open repairs, orders, balances, and documents. Agree who brings them forward and checks the totals; scope historical migration separately.
- Set up the essentials. Use the guided checklist for shop details, roles, stages, templates, the estimating connection, and capacity.
- Rehearse a handoff. Have the advisor, parts person, technician, and bookkeeper follow one repair before your chosen cutover.
Four onboarding consultation hours are included. AutoHound's team brings experience in collision repair, automotive refinish, and OEM software. See the switching plan or meet the people behind AutoHound.
Choose AutoHound. Bring the team
Choose AutoHound when you want the entire team working through a connected collision repair. Every product feature and unlimited users are included in the shop plan, so the workflow can reach the people who need it. Keep the supported estimator and make the rest of the repair easier to follow.
Open your private 7-day demo shop and explore realistic repairs without a credit card or a sales call. When you are ready to start your own shop, the 30-day live trial starts at $0 with a payment method required.
